Accessibility Statement
Last updated: September 23, 2026
Everyone has a right to know what's in their water. That means everyone needs to be able to use our website and apps.
Aquagenuity® aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. That includes:
- Text and color contrast that meets AA standards.
- Full keyboard navigation.
- Descriptive text for every image.
- Clearly labeled forms.
- Captions or transcripts for our videos where available.
- A setting that turns off motion for people who prefer reduced motion.
We test our pages as we build them and fix issues as we find them. Some content from other providers, such as embedded videos and linked news articles, may not fully meet these standards.
Need help or found a barrier? Email hello@aquagenuity.com with the subject "Accessibility." Tell us the page and what happened, and we'll respond within 5 business days with a fix or another way to get the information you need.
