Rate vs certify

Every location gets rated. Certification is earned.

We rate the water at every location we can, automatically. Nobody applies for a rating, the same way nobody applies for a credit rating. Certification is different: a site asks for it, meets the standard and earns the mark, and that work runs behind a firewall. We never certify anything we sold.
